Ritma Baumane works as an outsourcing accounting consultant at BDO Latvia. Her duties mainly include various tasks related to accounting, such as the full-cycle accounting of companies in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania: pre-processing of documents, information processing and bookkeeping, as well as preparation of various financial reports, annual reports, balance sheets, tax returns.
Before joining the BDO Latvia team, Ritma gained experience as a cost accountant in an outsourcing company.
