Linda Mikelsone joined BDO Latvia as Associate at Law. Her main responsibilities include drafting reorganisation agreements, registering changes in the Register of Enterprises in complex non-standard situations, and participating in mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining BDO Latvia legal practice team, Linda worked for ten years for a company that specializes in legal and accounting services. There her main responsibilities included drafting various types of agreements, the registration of non-standard changes in the Register of Enterprises, drafting of Reorganisation Agreements, various types of real estate transactions (real estate due diligence, drafting of purchase agreements, drafting of lease agreements), chairing shareholders' meetings and drafting of relevant documentation.
Linda has been involved in the legal management of ERDF projects and the creation and correction of all project legal documentation in line with the European Union Regulations, Directives and other relevant regulatory acts.
