Lilita Kauce works as a consultant in the outsourcing accounting team of BDO Latvia. Her responsibilities include organizing accounting processes and financial operations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the standards of the client's company. Lilita provides accounting services for international companies, as well as assists with various other accounting tasks.
Before joining BDO Latvia, Lilita worked as a junior accountant in an outsourcing accounting company and as a master data accountant in a manufacturing and retail company.
