The International Investigations Review - Seventh edition

BDO’s forensic services team have authored an introductory chapter in the recently published seventh edition of The International Investigations Review.
In the article, Gavin Williamson and Stephen Peters discuss the role of forensic accountants in international investigations. As the number and scale of international investigations has multiplied over the last few years, forensic accountants have been used by companies and their legal counsel to fulfil a wide range of investigative roles outside purely technical financial analysis.
The publication, which covers 21 international jurisdictions, highlights the major issues and critical characteristics of these countries’ legal systems.
